What the statuses mean

1. ProcessingPaid, not yet handed to the carrier. 1–3 business days.
2. DispatchedScanned by the carrier, tracking number emailed.
3. In transitMoving. Expect quiet stretches of up to a week; it is normal on this route.
4. CustomsUS customs clearance. Duties are prepaid, so there’s nothing to pay on delivery. Usually 1–5 days.
5. Out for deliveryWith your local carrier.

Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days of ordering. If tracking shows no movement for 10 consecutive business days, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation. If it’s declared lost, we reship once or refund. See the shipping policy.
